De rust die je uitstraalt is aanstekelijk, zeker op uitdagende momenten, waar een uitstekend functionerend team vereist is. Als Store Manager ben je een inspiratiebron voor je team: je stuurt je mensen aan, verdeelt het werk en toont het goede voorbeeld, zodat de focus van iedereen gericht is op de beste klantbeleving en verkoop.
Je motiveert je team om meetbare resultaten te behalen. Je geeft leiding aan een verkoopteam dat voortdurend de beste oplossingen voor de klanten zoekt en een technisch team dat verdere ondersteuning biedt, na verkoop. Op die manier bouwen we aan het vertrouwen van klanten in de producten en diensten die Lab9 verkoopt. Je hebt oog voor de goede verstandhouding tussen je mensen en je maakt ze enthousiast over producten, diensten, lanceringen en initiatieven. Met andere woorden: je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van onze hoge standaarden op het gebied van communicatie en dienstverlening.
Achter de schermen werk je actief aan het beheren van je winkelvoorraad en het opvolgen van bestellingen bij onze leveranciers. Je houdt verkoopresultaten bij en giet die in statistieken, die je maandelijks presenteert aan het management. Maken nog deel uit van je takenpakket: de bezetting van je team plannen, bepaalde sales dossiers opvolgen en rapporteren, klachten behandelen, de kassa (mee) beheren. Ten slotte hou je de algemene winkelinrichting in het oog, zodat je winkel steeds de kwaliteit van een Apple Premium Reseller uitstraalt.
Eigenschappen die we zoeken:
- Je hebt mínimaal een bachelor behaald (of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring).
- Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende kwaliteiten en ervaring met het werken in een verkoopomgeving met direct klantcontact.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om de visie van Lab9 duidelijk over te brengen op de mensen die onder jouw leiding staan.
- Je hebt technologische kennis en/of je bent in staat om hier snel kennis over te verwerven.
- Je hebt enige ervaring op het gebied van verkoop, klanten adviseren en begeleiden, (Apple) oplossingen en het bouwen aan klantrelaties. Enthousiasme, motivatie en inzet zijn evenwel even belangrijk.
- Targets zijn voor jou een echte motivatie en ‘goed genoeg’ is eigenlijk niet goed genoeg.
- De beleving van de klant is voor jou steeds een absolute prioriteit, ongeacht de situatie.
- Lab9 staat voor een uitmuntende service en dat bewijs je dagelijks in woord en daad.
- Je bent trots om voor Lab9 te werken en dat laat je ook duidelijk merken.
- Kunnen luisteren en inlevingsvermogen zijn een vereiste voor deze functie.
- Flexibiliteit is belangrijk: je werkt op zaterdag en nu en dan kunnen je werktijden iets variëren, in functie van lanceringen van nieuwe producten en/of opleidingen.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar je kunt ook individueel sterk uit de hoek komen en zelfstandig werken.
