The Infrastructure Foundations Lead is accountable for the overall quality,user experience and evolution of foundationalIT services delivered across Bridgestone EMIA, both internally and externally. The scope of foundational IT Services includes Digital Workplace, Datacenter & Network and Functional Applications, and the service integration of product and platform capabilities.
S(he) leads a team responsible for Service Delivery, User Experience, TIL Process and JSOX Audit coordination. S(he) is customer-centric, results-oriented, and is an effective communicator. S(h)e mobilizes all resources needed not only to ensure that KPis are met for the services under his/her responsibility, but also that these deliver great user experience. This role reports directly to the Director,Enterprise Platforms andInfrastructure.
**Key responsibilities**
- Lead a team responsible for Digital Workplace, Datacenter,Network, Functional Services and continuously improve these according to business needs and strategies.
- Define and execute our engagement model with Bridgestone's key partners, and provide guidance in supplier selections so these are future proof. Develop and manage relationships with partners through adequate and disciplined governance.
- Collaborate closely with theIT Procurement manager in order to implement sourcing & procurement practices. Build relationships with key strategic suppliers and optimize sourcing contracts.
- Deliver with excellence on existing services, tracking service performance based on agreed KPis and Service Level Agreements, and building the service improvement plans together with the teams.
- Supervise and collaborate closely with Services Managers in the day to day management of the partners and suppliers.
- Embrace new digital partners, services, operating models and prepare for the roadmaps to the future.
- Operate with a Customer Service mindset, demonstrati ng Agile, Flexible, yet Operationally Disciplined Behavior. Improve user experience based on trends on user consumption and customer satisfaction scores, and provide insight back to the relevant product/platform teams.
- Design and establishInfrastructure Foundations to support the business with Operational Stability,Supportability and Performance in mind. dentify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and include in 5 year,mid term plans.
- Understand the evolution of T Foundational Services and plan accordingly. Asses the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality,efficiency and user experience.
- Establish and monitor Financial KPis, establish budgets, and control actual expenses to constantly optimize costs & **services.**:
