What you'll do
- HR Business partnering:

- Work closely with the relevant management teams and boards to ensure HR processes, in line with our HR strategy.
- Responsible for the production department as their HRBP
- Workforce management
- Supporting Transformation plan
- Develop HR policy for the site, continuously adjust and implement it, in line with the needs of the organization and in line with the global HR policy of our client's Group.
- Lead & coach the HR Operations team
- Monitor quality internal or external recruitment process and induction in order to attract, develop and retain the best talents
- To support a performance & development driven culture, ensure the necessary processes and tools are in place and the right support is provided through counseling to individuals and their leaders
- Supporting the HR operations team and the learning team in developing, monitoring and realizing the training plans, in line with the needs of the organization and to support the individual growth of our employees.
- Provide support to the business in developing the organization in the medium term to prepare it for future challenges & Support/deploy mobilization & communication plan
- Ensuring a constructive social consultation model with trade unions and employee representatives (mainly trade union delegation)
- Monitoring the general satisfaction/motivation of site's workforce and initiating action plans based on satisfaction surveys, internal questions, concerns, etc.
- Lead/participate in HR projects in line with the needs

Who we're looking for
- **Degree of Education**: University
- **Language skills**: NL/ENG/FR, spoken, written
- Other functional knowledge:

- Social legislation / comp & ben policies
- Thorough knowledge of various HR domains

**Desired experience**:

- 10 years of experience
- Experience as an HR Business partner
- Experience within Operations
- Technical: social legislation

**Personality**:

- People management skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Hands on
- Autonomy, works very autonomously with low supervision
- Strong influencing skills.
- Change agent
- Business connection & insight into operations
- Flexible
