**Job description**
As CRM Coordinator you are responsible for the development, operations, & optimisation of the CRM system. For this you work closely together with (key) users, IT administrators, & stakeholders to develop the CRM roadmap, and deliver improvement & development projects. You report to the CX Manager.
- You are first line help for the CRM Super User team with problems and actively look for solutions. Furthermore, you coordinate the team to improve existing solutions and implement new ones to meet the needs of the business.
- You oversee the management of organisational changes and provide training to end users to ensure the success of the project. In addition, you ensure quality CRM data; compliance with business rules, data integrity, and GDPR. You also provide the necessary reporting on this.
- You carry out data quality checks and clean up where necessary: deduplication & merging, missing names, missing/update addresses;
- You work directly with the marketing colleagues for mailing audience selection and direct mailings;
- You are responsible for lead monitoring from third party platforms (Archidaily, Architonic,)
- You contribute to new innovation (thru testing, learning, optimizing,);
- You test new solutions and participate in user acceptance tests
- You provide MS Dynamics expertise to the key user community

Depending on your experience, you may also be responsible for:

- create functional requirement and functional design for customizations;
- create estimates for implementation tasks;
