**Overview**:
Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience and proven skills in project-driven environments. Proficient in project management rules, Agile methodology, banking, Cash Management, and cross-functional collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Product Manager in preparing the different committees and documents to validate the Go-live of a product
- Assist the Product Manager in coordinating the internal (IT, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Billing, Sales) and external stakeholders
- Describe the technical and functional requirements of the new product
- Assist the Product Manager in responding to client requests (RFI, RFP) related to the new product
- Assist the Product Manager in defining the product backlog (MVP1, MVP2...) and the product's roadmap
- Ensure project performance by organizing project reviews, user trainings, and updating the knowledge database
- Assist the marketing team in preparing the marketing materials related to the new product
- Ensure a market watch to assess the competitiveness of the new product

**Must Have Skills**:

- At least 8 years of experience
- Proven skills as a Business Analyst with experience functioning in project-driven environments
- Knowledge of rules and methodologies of project management
- Proficient in Agile methodology for collaboration between IT and Business
- Knowledge of banking and Cash Management products
- Ability to evolve in a transversal context with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Fluent proficiency in English

**Nice to have**:

- Scrum / Lean Six Sigma certification
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Result-oriented, structured, and organized
