L’Enterprise Architect fait partie du ’Technology Strategy Office’. L’objectif de cette équipe est d’aligner l’architecture technique et les technologies utilisées sur les besoins actuels et futurs des utilisateurs et de veiller à leur conformité à l’égard de la stratégie d’entreprise.

En raison des multiples projets ambitieux d’ASTRID, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Enterprise Architect enthousiaste pour compléter notre équipe.

**Fonction**:
**Objectif de la fonction**

De concert avec vos collègues en Architecture d’entreprise, les architectes et les spécialistes techniques des différents domaines, vous assurez la conversion de la vision et de la stratégie d’ASTRID en une stratégie technologique cohérente et résistant à l’épreuve du temps.

Vous poursuivez le développement de cette stratégie technologique en une base architecturale technique et pratique répondant aux besoins actuels et futurs de l’entreprise. Vous vous assurez également du respect de l’intégrité de l’architecture au sein des différents projets.

Vous êtes en charge du développement et de l’actualisation des lignes directrices, normes, principes, artéfacts ainsi que des feuilles de route technologiques.

Vous êtes en outre le moteur de l’amélioration continue en matière de maturité technique et de qualité des projets et designs. Vous définirez ainsi les meilleures pratiques d’ASTRID en termes de mode opératoire et participerez à améliorer la maturité générale de l’organisation. Vous veillez à ce que les cahiers spéciaux des charges publiés par ASTRID soient toujours de qualité. Vous collaborez étroitement avec vos collègues du Strategic Sourcing pour garantir une réception de qualité et d’un bon rapport coût/efficacité des prestations des sous-traitants par ASTRID.

Vous relevez directement du responsable du Technology Strategy Office.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Responsable de la stratégie technique d’ASTRID, vous en êtes le gardien dans les différents projets.
- Vous dirigez, animez et pilotez l’Architecture Workgroup (AWG) d’ASTRID et assurez la fourniture de livrables concrets et utilisables en pratique.
- Vous œuvrez à l’élaboration d’une bibliothèque structurée et exploitable en pratique de documents réutilisables (EA artefacts).
- Avec l’équipe, vous conseillez les chefs de projet pour orienter les projets (en cours et nouveaux) dans la bonne direction au plan technique.
- Vous participez à la structuration et à la définition des bonnes priorités de la feuille de route technique d’ASTRID.
- Vous concevez et documentez les fondements techniques sur lesquels s’appuiera le futur paysage informatique d’ASTRID.

**Compétences**
- Suivi et compréhension en profondeur des solutions technologiques existantes et émergentes.
- Capacité de traduire des connaissances technologiques dans le contexte professionnel d’ASTRID.
- Réflexion stratégique : grande capacité d’abstraction et de distinction entre essentiel et accessoire.
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication (à l’oral et à l’écrit).
- Votre capacité à établir des relations entre les différentes parties prenantes est une force.
- Sens aigu des affaires et connaissance approfondie des processus d’entreprise.

**Formation/expérience professionnelle**
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme de master ou de bachelier professionnel
- Vous possédez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction IT
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes et des technologies informatiques.
- Vous avez de l’expérience en matière d’architecture technique, d’enterprise data management, de modélisation, de stratégie d’entreprise, d’audit et de compliance.
- Vous disposez de connaissances en cloud computing, architecture système, développement de stratégie et solutions d’entreprise.
- La connaissance des EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman Framework,...) est un atout
- Vous maîtrisez le français, le néerlandais et l’anglais.
