**« Senior Recruitment & Business Support » (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:
- Recrutement de profils freelance - En tant que
- **Senior Recruitment & Business Support** vous faites parti de l’équipe outsourcing et êtes en charge de
- **répondre aux besoins de vos clients** via le
- **placement de consultants** principalement freelance.
- A ce titre vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Vous assurez les **tâches administratives** telles que la facturation, le suivi des contrats ainsi que la **gestion administrative opérationnelle** des dossiers en cours;
- Vous êtes en **contact direct avec le Business Manager** et le remplacez en cas d’absence;
- Vous **suivez** et faites **remonter les différents KPI** à la direction en duo avec le Business Manager.**Vos talents**:
- Expérimenté, sens des priorités et excellent relationnel - Vous avez un
- **diplôme universitaire à orientation ressources humaines, marketing, communication, ingénieur de gestion, etc.**
Vous avez **au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle** sur une position similaire au sein d’un **cabinet d’interim et/ ou de recrutement**, idéalement sur des profils freelance.
Une première expérience en Team Lead est un atout, ou du moins la volonté d’évoluer vers ce rôle.
Vous savez **traiter** et **évaluer** les **urgences**.
Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en **communication** et **synthèse**.
Vous êtes **orienté clients**, axé sur le **support**, les **processus** et les **accord pris**.
Vous avez à mínima une **compréhension de base de la seconde langue nationale**.**Notre offre**:
