- As our Content Coordinator, you take care of the delivery of the content to all internal stakeholders and work closely with the Communications Manager and Creative team for distribution and evaluation.**What you will be doing**
- Delivering all content with an eye for detail: up to standards, in the right format and on time.
- Ensure the right content is on the right channels, considering the relevance and target audience.
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to identify where new content creation is required and ensure that all channel requirements are included in the content creation process.
- Briefing, planning, follow-up and final check of content deliveries by third-party: copywriters, translators, radio production agencies, printer agencies.
- Work closely with the Copywriters to ensure they are involved in Brand and Creative briefs and given the correct lead time to create assets
- Project coordination & execution and providing administrative support.
- Execution of excellence and meeting deadlines.
- Fill the day to day planning of all communications and content for Maasmechelen Village in teams and assign to the right person.
- Contact internal teams to complete the schedule correctly and accurately.
- Briefing the graphic designers & follow up on the graphic designer's projects and sending them to the printer in a timely manner.
- Supporting photoshoots: content creation video and film, briefing the team, booking photographer (and other stakeholders: makeup, influencer), follow-up on site and all administration regarding the shoots.

- Degree or equivalent experience within Content Marketing, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
- Fluent in Dutch & English, any other European language (French)would be beneficial.
- Computer literate and high proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel in particular.
- You are passionate about the latest trends regarding content & communication channels.
- Be action-oriented: respecting deadlines, grabbing opportunities while using speed & sense of urgency.
- Showing adaptability, sensibility and able to handle complexity.
- Foster collaboration: build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to achieve targets.
- Strong project management & organization skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to both work as a team and work independently with mínimal supervision.
