**Poste**:
The purpose of the Accounts Assistant is to assist Accountants on daily administrative tasks.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Create providers in system
- Scans / enters supplier invoices received
- To read/scan invoices in OCR tool;
- To manage SAP Masterdata for ASL Group;
- To be responsible of and manage the generic accounting mail boxes for ASL companies
- Other tasks of a similar or related nature that maybe assigned to support the wider team

**Profil**:
- Secondary education - Preferably in an administrative schooling/training.
- Experience in aviation industry is an advantage
- Good knowledge of French and English (B2).
- Computer literate, MS Office (excel, word, outlook).
- Able to cope with confidential matters.
- Pronounced sense of responsibility and organisation.
- Administrative skills and ability to demonstrate accuracy.
- Work in an organized way to be able to meet set deadlines.
- Team player.
- To maintain a professional office environment with due regard to confidentiality data.
- To be rigorous, precise, well organized, solution orientated, proactive, etc.

- Permanent contract.
- Full time job - Office hours but by exception high demand for flexibility to work during weekend, bank holiday or at night when this is required to deliver the on-time delivery of aircraft work packs
