Your team and your responsibilities:
**Team description**

Marketing Communications team in Toyota Motor Europe is responsible for Pan-European strategic and operational implementation of brand and model communications.

**Your responsibilities**
- Project lead in creation of marketing content for model campaigns:

- Manage agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of communication strategy into creative.
- Follow-up on the production of assets for the various consumer segments and channels.
- Ensure a timely delivery and distribution of campaign assets to the Pan Euro network.
- Ensure production budget efficiency and production quality through production audits and reconciliations.
- Analysis and reporting of model campaigns' performance.
- Conduct analysis on usage of assets and content by NMSCs and production efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse the take-up and localisation of communication assets across the network.
- Coordination of Pan-European market network: you are in daily contact with our Pan-Euro network managing ad-hoc request for your projects/models.
- Coordinate and manage project budget: monitor and report regularly on your project budget - look for budget efficiencies.

Your Profile:

- You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
- You are pro-active, autonomous, and willing to be a team player in an international team.
- You are stress resistant able to work with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- You are process driven and have strong affinity with product.
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- You are a good multi-tasker, organised and project management oriented.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc)
