Senior Business Development Consultant @ Mobility

**Je wordt als Senior Business Development Consultant**:
Verantwoordelijk voor:
- Je eigen productiviteit van ten minste 80% binnen de diverse klantprojecten.
- Het coördineren van activiteiten en kwaliteit van (Junior) Consultants en projectmedewerkers
- Het bewaken van aan jou toegekende projecten m.b.t. doorlooptijden en urenbudgetten
- Het bewaken van kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid van de geleverde diensten
- Het schrijven van mínimaal 2 artikelen per jaar t.b.v. publicatie in vakliteratuur of t.b.v. marketinguitingen
- Het intensief onderhouden van contacten met de diverse stakeholders bij de klant, met name op strategisch niveau en daarmee een lange termijn relatie opbouwen
- Het zelfstandig zorgdragen voor acquisitie van nieuwe opdrachten en/of meerwerk bij bestaande opdrachten (bij volwaardig functioneren mínimaal € 50.000)
- Zelfstandig uitvoeren van eigen opdrachten en interim activiteiten voor klanten
- Een permanente en zorgvuldige dossiervorming van alle opdrachten conform standaard
- Het proactief raadplegen van de Senior Consultant en/of leidinggevende bij gesignaleerde problemen
- Begeleiden en coachen van (Junior) Consultants in de diverse projecten op werkwijze, manier van aanpak, concreetheid en resultaatgerichtheid, inclusief dossiervorming
- De uitgebrachte rapporten en offertes van Consultants die mínimaal worden beoordeeld en geautoriseerd door één leidinggevende (4-ogen principe)
- Verbeteren van de werkmethodieken
- Constructief deel nemen aan overleg binnen de eigen organisatie en bij klanten
- Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van de kennisdatabase
- Het verwerken actuele marktinformatie op aangegeven specialisme
**Je hebt Senior Business Development Consultant**:
- Minimaal een Bachelor opleiding genoten bij voorbaat in een economische richting.
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, waarvan mínimaal 2 jaar op tactisch niveau
- Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en/of mobiliteitsbranche is een pré
- Bewezen analytische en strategische capaciteiten
- Uitstekende communicatieve skills, zowel in woord als schrift
- Uitstekende projectmanagement skills
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
