Dans le cadre d’un trajet de transformation digitale ambitieux, qui se traduit en de nombreux projets, nous recherchons actuellement au sein du Digital Transformation Office, un(e) Business Analyst (M/F/X) / Functional Analyst:
**Mission**:
Dans le cadre de projets de transformation digitale, vous serez le lien essentiel entre les besoins du business et l’équipe de développement informatique. Et ce en étroite collaboration avec les Project Managers:

- Vous recueillez et analysez en profondeur les besoins des différents départements/utilisateurs, notamment par l’intermédiaire de workshops ;
- Vous formalisez ces besoins de manière exhaustive et compréhensible ;
- Vous rédigez et affinez les spécifications fonctionnelles dans le cadre d’un projet (cahier des charges, users stories et backlog) ;
- Dans certains cas vous élaborez les stratégies de test, rédigez les plans de tests, consolidez les feedbacks des tests et en assurez le reporting ;
- Vous rédigez la documentation fonctionnelle ;
- Vous rédigez les supports pour la formation des utilisateurs ;
- Vous faites des propositions pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience des processus internes ;
- Vous respectez la gouvernance et la méthodologie internes à la gestion de projet au sein de Carrefour Finance ;

**Profil**:
**Expérience et formation**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master (économie, gestion, informatique, mathématique, scientifique, ) ou expérience équivalente
- Vous bénéficiez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire (consultant, analyste fonctionnel/technique, business analyst, etc.) de préférence dans le cadre de projets de digitalisation
- Expérience dans le secteur financier (crédit, cartes banquaires) est un grand plus;
- Vous avez une bonne expérience en modélisation des processus et des techniques de visualisation (Visio, Aris, BPMN, ),
- ainsi qu’en animation de workshops.

**Capacité d'analyse**
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un solide esprit analytique et vous affectionnez les raisonnements logiques.
- Vous êtes capable de synthétiser une matière complexe dans un style clair et simple.
- Vous avez également de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.

**Capacité d’écoute**
- Vous êtes capable de comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs, d’aligner les points de vue des différents stakeholders avec tact et diplomatie, puis de les traduire en exigences précises et exploitables.

**Communication**:

- Votre style de communication fluide vous permet d’échanger facilement au sein de l’entreprise avec les différents métiers (projet, technique, business, management, ).
- Vous communiquez aisément en français et en anglais ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un plus.
