**Function**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated project professional who will master and support the project lifecycle of a large Portofolio, Program & Project Management Office (PMO). **The Portofolio Manager will be the key player in creating a project management culture**, in particular by developing the level of maturity and autonomy of project resources at all levels of responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading project-level reviews (monthly project boards to update the Lutosa Leadership Team on project statuses (including gate reviews), optimizing standards/PMO Processes & methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO and implement best practices;
- Oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Lutosa's 2030 strategy;
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines and ensure that all projects adhere to company quality standards and requirements;
- Implement and monitor quality processes to maintain high standards of project delivery;
- Collaborate and regulary communicate with key stakeholders, including international teams and Project/CAPEX controller;
- Develop and standardize the project management methodology, implement the project manager toolkit and ongoing training programs to keep the project management team up-to-date;
- Identify the skills gap and define the necessary training to provide stakeholders with all the keys to success.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field;
- The Portofolio Management Professional designation or P3O certification is highly desirable;
- Project Management Professional designation or Prince 2 certification considered a strong asset;
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, with at least 5 years in a managerial PMO capacity in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate, grow and guide a diverse Team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectievely with stakeholders in a matrix environment at all levels;
- Experience in operational excellence and structured problem-solving methodologies;
