**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent in the cloud technology field.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in cloud technology and incorporate this knowledge into the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Collaborate in employer branding initiatives, including creating and promoting engaging content, participating in events, and fostering a positive employer brand image in the cloud technology industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT.
- An understanding of cloud technologies such as Azure, platforms, and services is a plus.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
