**Job Purpose**
John Cockerill Hydrogen is a subsidiary of the John Cockerill Group, specializing in the development of innovative solutions for the production and distribution of green hydrogen from renewable energy sources. To strengthen the development of our activity in the hydrogen mobility sector, the John Cockerill Mobility Solutions team is looking for a Project CAD Drafter who will join the Mobility Engineering department (around 10-15 people).
**Key Responsibilities**
The Project CAD Drafter will be in charge of drafting the architectural & design drawings and 3D Modeling of Refueling stations and Filling Centers on CAD softwares (2D and 3D). He/she will integrate equipment from vendors, civil foundations, piping, steel structures, cables and cable trays to draft complete solutions. The Project CAD Drafter will work closely with the Technical Project Managers, Project Engineers, Process Engineers, and EAI Engineers ensuring compliance with technical requirements. He/she is involved in the design of complete plants, products, proposal and execution phases, right up to industrial start-up.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the Project CAD Drafter are the following:
- 3D Modeling of complete Hydrogen Refueling Stations and Hydrogen Filling Stations, which includes integrate Equipment from Vendors, civil foundations, piping, steel structures, cables and cable trays, using CAD softwares like Plant 3D and Autodesk Inventor.
- 2D Drafting of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), 2D Layouts, Piping Layouts, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and all the other important technical drawings.
- Extract the “Bill of Quantities” (Piping, Electrical, etc) from the 3D Model and P&IDs (Lines List, Instruments Lists, etc), and verify the lists technically.
- Review and analyze technical drawings and 3D Models from Vendors.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Technical Management), and work with Vendors (for equipment, piping, valves) and Contractors.
- Create / extract Piping isometric drawings, including piping supports.
- Participate in Design reviews, and lead 3D Models reviews and manage the relevant action lists.
**Education & Experience**
- You have an Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent by experience) - 3 to 5 years experience as 3D Model Drafter in the Oil and Gas sector.
**Background, Skills and Competencies**
- Experience in the Oil and Gas sector. Experience in complete EPC Projects (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) is a plus.
- Experience as Drafter of complete installations/plants using the following CAD softwares: Autocad Plant 3D and Autocad P&ID, (knowledge of Revit and Autodesk Inventor or other CAD softwares are optional).
- Knowledge of Piping Design is an asset (Piping Class Specifications, ASME B31.3, Materials, Valves and Fittings).
- Knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation 3D modeling is an asset (cables, cable trays, electrical and automation cabinets, etc).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - You are capable to work under pressure and out of your comfort zone - You are comfortable with international contacts and relationships.
- You are fluent in English and/or French.
- You are proficient in MS Office tools.
