**\uD83D\uDCC4 JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- As a Junior Accountant you will be part of and support the “Brand Payment” team.
- You will be at the center of the activity that surrounds the management of the “Brand Payment” suppliers.

**\uD83C\uDFAF TASKS**:

- Booking and following up the invoices.
- Checking the Purchase Orders and all relevant information in order to match with the contract.
- The payment of these invoices.
- Checking the VAT accuracy in order to be compliant with the Fiscal administration.
- Follow up on the credit notes to be received with the Supply Chain Coordinator in order to close the sales in due time.
- The good relationship with the Supply Chain team, in order to efficiently handle the administrative management of the “Brand Payment” suppliers via an internal tool.
- The follow-up of the suppliers and creation of aging balances.
- Participation in the implementation of new tools (ERP,)
- Several tasks linked to accounting and back up of your colleagues during holidays period to enlarge your scope of responsibilities.

**\uD83D\uDC49 MUST HAVE skills**:

- A basic Accounting Management certificate or a first experience in accounting.
- Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Good Working knowledge of ERP or accounting software. (SAP is a plus)Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Adaptable & Flexible.
- Team player and at ease with numbers.
- Accessible and communicative but discrete and reliable at the same time.
- An eye for detail and accurate.
- You love to work in a fast paced environment.
