Voor ons project Digitale Meters zijn wij bij BESIX Unitec op zoek naar een dynamische Front end supportmedewerker/Tester SOFTWARE.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als front-end supportmedewerker sta je in voor:

- de algemene IT-support bij de helpdesk.
- het klaarmaken en beheer van IT assets (laptops, tablets,)
- het uitrollen van updates, apps,naar devices
- het testen van nieuwe IT-ontwikkelingen.
- het motiveren van collega’s om bepaalde processen te volgen zoals aanvragen van veranderingen, registreren incidenten,
- het functioneel beheer van onze IT toepassingen:

- PTI
- 4ME
- Power BI

Functie-eisen
- Je bent Nederlandstalig.
- Je neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent hands-on, leergierig en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent flexibel en kunt in teamverband werken.
- Je ben comunicatief.
- Je beschikt over een Allround IT kennis en hebt geen moeite om digitaal te denken.
- Plus: Je hebt ervaring met het concept van ServiceManagement (bv. ITIL) en termen als Incident Management Service, Requests Change klinken jou niet onbekend
