Functieomschrijving
Voor Sandoz te Vilvoorde zijn we op zoek naar een Facility Coordinator Binnen deze functie zal je instaan voor:
- Toezicht houden op alle activiteiten binnen het kantoor, ervoor zorgen dat de gezondheids
- en veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd
- Je rapporteert aan de facility manager en je coördineert met externe leveranciers.
- Je vraagt inkooporders op voor goederen of diensten, zoals vereist, waarbij je te allen tijde de bedrijfscontroles in acht neemt. Bijhouden van overzicht van alle gemaakte PO's
- Het controleren van open werkorder rapporten op een wekelijkse basis
- Ondersteunen/controleren van onderhoud leveranciers
- Rapporteren van alle incidenten aan FM
- Bijhouden van CBRE logboeken
- Beantwoorden van de telefoon
- Verzamelen van post en versturen naar de juiste persoon
- Het kantoor en de vergaderzalen netjes en in orde houden
- Het boeken van vergaderruimtes wanneer nodig
- Brieven en pakketten versturen voor kantoor
- Sales ondersteuning wanneer nodig (vergaderingen voorbereiden, broodjes bestellen en zorgen dat er genoeg drankjes zijn)
Profiel
- Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden Engels/Nederlands met kennis van het Frans. Engels is een must en dient zowel vlot te zijn in woord & geschrift
- Sterke PC-vaardigheden, MS Office
- Zelf-gemotiveerd en vindingrijk
- Goede administratieve vaardigheden
- Pas afgestudeerd of al enige ervaring als coordinator.
- Goed georganiseerd en een goede prioritering en planning vaardigheden
- Belangrijkste focus voor deze rol is om ervoor te zorgen dat alle diensten worden geleverd in een vertrouwen en efficiënte manier
- Praktische ervaring in het werken met leveranciers partners om een naadloze, geïntegreerde service te leveren
- Ervaring met klantenservice en het vermogen om te communiceren op alle niveaus

- Toezicht houden op het aanzicht, de netheid en de hygiëne van de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, lokalen en uitrusting
- Klachten van gebruikers, klanten, residenten,... verzamelen en behandelen
- Huurders, bewoners, bezoekers, hulpdiensten,... informeren en wegwijs maken
- Toezicht houden op ruimtes en goederen
Controleren of bewoners, huurders of bezoekers het interne reglement naleven
- De veiligheidsuitrusting en de staat van het gebouw controleren
- De betrokken diensten informeren over klachten, afwijkingen, problemen en beschadigingen
