**Description de la fonction**
- Vous contrôlez les paramètres du projet (scope, temps, qualité et budget) et êtes responsable du cycle de vie complet d'un ou de plusieurs projets, depuis la phase préparatoire jusqu'au développement et à la maintenance.
- Vous assurez le suivi du planning opérationnel et vous coordonnez les activités de votre équipe de développement au moyen de daily stand-ups, de sprint planning et de rétrospectives.
- Vous tirez le meilleur parti de votre équipe de projet composée d'une dizaine de développeurs, d'analystes, de (solutions) architectes et de testeurs. Vous constituez votre équipe, lui donnez régulièrement du feed-back, tout en veillant à l'équilibre vie privée - vie professionnelle de votre équipe.
- Vous rendez régulièrement compte de l'avancement de vos projets en interne et auprès de vos clients fédéraux et flamands dans le secteur des soins et de la santé, et vous communiquez aisément avec toutes les parties concernées.
- Vous rejoignez une chouette équipe de chefs de projet et bénéficiez du soutien d'une équipe PMO.
**Profil**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire ou d'un bachelier et avez au moins cinq ans d'expérience en people et/ou project management dans un environnement IT.
- Vous êtes familiarisé avec la méthodologie Agile/Scrum et êtes apte à guider votre équipe selon ces principes. Vous avez de l'expérience en tant que Scrum master ? Dans ce cas, vous disposez d’un atout. Une connaissance de PRINCE2 et/ou de KANBAN est un plus, mais nous pouvons vous aider à acquérir ces connaissances via des formations.
- Grâce à vos excellentes capacités de communication, vous êtes capable de motiver, coacher et inspirer votre équipe comme nul autre.
- Vous pouvez garder une vue d'ensemble des différents projets et passer sans difficulté d'une tâche à l'autre.
- Vous assumez vos responsabilités, êtes orienté clients et résultats et donnez toujours priorité à la qualité.
- Enfin, vous parlez couramment le français et êtes capable de vous exprimer en néerlandais ou en anglais.
