**Wij zoeken een facility manager in Laken (Brussel)**:
Multi Masters Group zoekt een nieuwe ‘master’ om ons team bij een van onze grote klanten te versterken. Meer specifiek zoeken wij een facility manager voor een voltijdse job bij een groot bedrijf gelegen op de Heizel Esplanade in Laken (Brussel).
**Jouw taken als facility manager in Laken (Brussel)**:
Als facility manager krijg je een heel gevarieerd takenpakket:
- Een team van 3 à 4 ervaren collega’s aansturen.
- Organisatie en follow-up van het onderhoudsmanagement.
- On-site support voor de HSC-manager betreffende veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn.
- Leveranciersbeheer.
- Coördinatie en uitvoering van kleine verhuisprojecten.
- Aanvragen en opvolgen van reparaties en algemeen onderhoud van de kantoren, installaties en benodigdheden.
- Organisatie en distributie van producten en geschenken.
- Identificeren en/of ontwikkelen van synergiën tussen verschillende vestigingen.
- Uitwerken en opvolgen van werkgerelateerde procedures.
- Administratieve taken uitvoeren die bij de functie horen (controle van facturen, beheer en follow-up welkomstbrochures, ).
- Badge
- en sleutelbeheer.
- Beheer van kantoorbenodigdheden en meubilair.
**Jouw profiel**:
- Als facility manager bij Multi Masters Group in Laken (Brussel) spreek en begrijp je Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Ervaring hebben in de facilitaire sector.
- Ervaring hebben met het leiden van een team is een pluspunt.
- Een goede kennis van het Office-pakket (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is een belangrijke troef.
- Georganiseerd en gestructureerd werken.
- Teamspeler.
- Flexibel, diplomatisch en proactief.
- Laken (Brussel) is vlot bereikbaar voor jou.
