**Wat ga je doen?**:
Het Young Talent Program District Manager is geen nine-to-five job achter een bureau. Integendeel, je neemt een vliegende start als winkelbediende, groeit door naar de functie Assistant Store Manager en voor je het weet, ben je als Store Manager verantwoordelijk voor je eigen Lidl-winkel. Rond je dit intensieve traject succesvol af en smaakt het naar meer? Dan kan je doorgroeien naar de functie van District Manager en maak je je droom om meerdere Lidl-winkels aan te sturen waar.

**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma behaald, studeert dit academiejaar af of hebt maximaal 2 jaar werkervaring ;
- Retail is je passie en het idee om in een Lidl-winkel te werken, geeft je energie ;
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B op zak of bent bereid om dit voor je opstart te behalen ;
- Je bent bereid om in een flexibel uurrooster te werken. Tijdens het Young Talent Program (& erna) werk je volgens de openingsuren van onze winkels en zal je dus ook na 17:00 uur en op zaterdag beschikbaar moeten zijn ;
- Om elke klant in de winkel te kunnen verderhelpen, spreek je vloeiend Nederlands en spreek je daarnaast ook een aardig mondje Frans ;
- Je bent een doener die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
We steken het niet onder stoelen of banken, in de retail werken is best zwaar, maar ook heel plezant. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat Lidl de favoriete winkel van België & Luxemburg wordt waar jong en oud slim komt kopen en bewust bouwt aan een gezonde levensstijl ;
- Straffe doelen brengen je niet uit balans. Je gezonde portie ambitie zorgt ervoor dat je deze doelen - op termijn samen met je team - met gemak haalt ;
- Je bent niet bang om beslissingen te nemen en hebt zin om in de toekomst een team te coachen zodat het samen-kunnen-we-alles-aan-gevoel ervoor zorgt dat jullie onze amibitieuze doelstellingen waarmaken ;
- Je bent analytisch en commercieel ingesteld zodat de Lidl-winkels die je onder je hoede neemt vlot functioneren. Dit weerspiegelt zich ook in de cijfers van jouw winkels ;
- Altijd hetzelfde? Elke dag opnieuw? Nee, bedankt. Bij ons is elke dag anders en dat is net wat jou overtuigt om bij Lidl te komen werken.
