**Functie**
- In staat om een team van Assemblage Shift Supervisors te leiden en te coachen.
- Werkt dagelijks samen met de supply chain manager om een productieplanning op korte en lange termijn te maken.
- Probeert de werklast van de assemblagetechnici te optimaliseren om zo de output voor elke ploeg te optimaliseren.
- Flexibele aanpak bij tekorten in de productie om de werklast gemakkelijk opnieuw in te plannen.
- In staat om adequate rapportages op te stellen over de productiestatus ten opzichte van de geplande productie.
- Bepaal de personeelsbehoefte in functie van de prognose, of behoefte aan extra ploegen.
- Bevorder actief een veilige werkomgeving en presenteer incidenten en incidentoplossingen.
- Ervaring hebben met ERP-systemen voor productieopvolging en rapportage over productiesnelheden en productkwaliteit.
- Goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
- Kennis van SAP is een plus.
- Goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.

**Functie-eisen**
- Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring in een productie/assemblage omgeving.
- Je hebt duidelijke mechanische en elektrische vaardigheden en bent in staat om je team te trainen.
- Je bent in staat om een multifunctioneel team te leiden.
- Goede leiderschaps
- en coachingsvaardigheden.
- Flexibel en oplossingsgericht denken.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken.
