Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Major Incident Manager** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Antwerpen**.

Functie
- Je beheert de incident
- en problem managementprocessen in al hun facetten om een uniforme inregeling van deze processen te waarborgen.
- Je coördineert de major incidenten en implementeert oplossingen op een efficiënte manier en met zo weinig mogelijk impact voor de stakeholders.
- Je coördineert de IT Service Desk via de ingeregelde governance om een optimale klantervaring te garanderen.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt een stabiele relatie en communicatiestructuur met zowel interne als externe stakeholders. Je stelt informatie op een correcte manier beschikbaar, draagt kennis over naar anderen en bevordert op die manier een goede werkrelatie.
- Je communiceert en rapporteert over major incidenten naar de betrokken stakeholders om een volledig, objectief, duidelijk, accuraat en coherent beeld te genereren waarop verdere acties gedefinieerd kunnen worden.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt de kennis en ontwikkeling in het domein en draagt zo bij tot de eigen ontwikkeling en professionalisering alsook die van de collega’s.
- Je treedt op als back-up voor aangewezen functies binnen de eigen I&O organisatie.
Functie-eisen
Een supermens hoef je niet te zijn. Gewoon jezelf zijn is prima. Bij ons geen zware protocols of strikte dresscodes. We houden het liever eenvoudig en ongedwongen. Luisteren naar collega’s vinden we vanzelfsprekend. Teamspelers hebben dan ook een streepje voor. En vooral teamspelers die pragmatisch werken, gaan voor een positieve aanpak en focussen op de essentie. Geen problemen, maar oplossingen. Geen blabla, maar klare taal. Als Major Incident Manager ben je zeer analytisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld. Je bent in staat om een helikopterview te behouden over zowel applicatie als infrastructuur en je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om met alle levels van de organisatie in gesprek te kunnen gaan. Bovendien kun je je flexibel opstellen en blijf je steeds kalm en rationeel onder stress. Tenslotte verwachten we een flinke dosis ondernemerschap en een hands-on mentaliteit. Je bent volhardend in de initiatieven en beslissingen die je neemt, maar handelt daarbij steeds diplomatisch.
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma of kan dit gelijkstellen door ervaring.
- Je hebt mínimaal 7 jaar relevante werkervaring.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van ITIL-processen en zowel de waterfall
- als agile methodologie.
