**YOUR CHALLENGES**

As Specialist Quality Healthcare Logistics, you are the expert in your field. You monitor and guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations across H.Essers. You will achieve this by supporting the operations and their managers in various ways.

What will you do specifically?
- To guarantee good quality to our customers and comply with legal standards, you manage and optimise the quality systems on a daily basis. As an administrative talent, you know how to perform these tasks meticulously.
- As soon as a new customer is implemented, you help support this project from a quality point of view.
- As a liaison between our operations and the customer, you process and investigate complaints concerning quality-related issues. In terms of quality, YOU are the SPOC.
- Preparing, supervising external audits on the one hand, carrying out, and following up internal audits on the other provide the necessary challenge.
- You share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues through training/education on quality.
