Op het hoofdkantoor in Westerlo zetten 270 medewerkers zich dagdagelijks in om onze hommels, nuttige insecten en gewasbeschermingsproducten tijdig en in goede conditie bij de telers te krijgen.

Binnen het HR-team hebben we de ambitie hebben om het állerbeste team uit te bouwen. Het Belgisch team maakt deel uit van het internationale HR-team en bestaat uit een Compensation & Benefits Specialist, een Talent Acquisition specialist, een HR Business Partner en een HR-Manager. Om onze snelgroeiende business te ondersteunen, breiden we ons team uit met een tweede **HR Business Partner **.

**Wat houdt jouw functie in?**

Als HR Business Partner ben je dé partner voor onze buZineZZ voor alle processen in onze HR-Cyclus zoals het aanwerven, ontwikkelen en behouden van talent. Onze medewerkers komen op de eerste plaats, we hebben een open-door policy en werken actief aan een positieve werkomgeving. Het uitdragen van onze Biobest-waarden en het creëren van een positieve cultuur is een fundamenteel aspect in deze functie. Deze HR- job is een generalistische rol met een stevige basis Hard HR en back-up functie voor Payroll.
- Als HR BP ben je de go-to persoon voor de leidinggevenden en medewerkers. Je geeft advies bij personeelskwesties volgens de interne en sociale regelgeving.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende operationele HR-taken uit alle fases van de HR-cyclus: het opstellen van contracten, overeenkomsten, communicaties over (sociale) regelgeving & policies, het opvolgen van tijdsregistratie en attesten, inplannen van medische onderzoeken, aanvragen & opvolgen van thematische verloven.
- Je zorgt voor de onboarding (overeenkomsten, coördinatie en gesprekken) van onze medewerkers.
- Je zorgt voor de opmaak van onze KPI's (verzuim, turnover rate, Bradford, overuren.).
- Je geeft advies bij vraagstukken inzake sociale wetgeving.
- Je beheert de planning en administratie van uitzendkrachten en jobstudenten: je maakt de weekplanningen, geeft prestaties door en controleert de facturatie. Je onderhoudt hiervoor het contact met onze uitzendkantoren.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren van het verzuimbeleid.
- I.s.m. de business bepaal je de opleidingsnoden en organiseer je de nodige trainingen.
- Hiernaast werk je mee aan onze verschillende interessante HR-projecten binnen het Belgische & internationale team. We werken momenteel aan de wereldwijde implementatie van een HR Information System (SuccessFactors), het coördineren van ons welzijnsteam, de volledige uitwerking van CSR-project, de vernieuwing van arbeidsreglement, het optimaliseren van onze samenwerking met uitzendpartners, het organiseren van sociale verkiezingen., het ideale stuifmeel voor een dynamische en "buzzy bee".

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Je bent een teamplayer met een passie voor mensen.
- Je genoot bij voorkeur HR-gerelateerde of andere hogere studies.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de sociale wetgeving. Je vindt het interessant om je hier continue in bij te scholen.
- Kennis van en ervaring met SuccesFactors, eBlox en/of Protime is een grote plus maar geen must.
- Je werkt discreet, nauwkeurig, georganiseerd, autonoom, proactief en je neemt initiatief.
- Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en beschikt over goede praktische kennis Excel.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
