Je las het goed: mogelijk nieuwe collega’s, want in het kader van onze continue groei, zijn we op zoek naar een **Parts Advisor** voor onze **Kia-vestiging** te **Hasselt.**
**Functie**:
Als **Parts Advisor** sta je voornamelijk in voor de **organisatie **van het **onderdelenmagazijn**. Binnen deze functie vallen volgende taken onder jouw takenpakket:
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor de **volledige cyclus van onderdelen**: bestelling, opvolging, ontvangst en stock.
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor het **bestellen van onderdelen** via het DMS-systeem telkens gebruik makende van het juiste klantennummer.
- Je houdt rekening tijdens een bestelling met de mogelijke garanties die van toepassing zijn, de juiste hoeveelheden en de juiste leveranciers.
- Je** controleert** de geleverde onderdelen op mogelijke schade en de juiste aantallen.
- Je verwerkt de geleverde goederen in een nauwkeurige administratie.
- Je **verleent technisch advies** aan het technisch atelier.
- Je noteert nauwkeurig de verstrekte onderdelen op de werkorders.
- Het **bijhouden en registreren van de flow** (bestelling-ontvangst-opbergen-verkoop) van goederen in de desbetreffende systemen.
