Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou Onze Bayer site in Diegem biedt een stageplaats aan een gemotiveerde stagiair(e) om ons public affairs en communicatieteam te ondersteunen. Je zal hiervoor samenwerken met collega’s uit België en Nederland, aangezien ons team Benelux georiënteerd is.
**Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden**
Je zal ondersteuning bieden aan het public affairs & communicatie team. Je mag je onder meer aan volgende taken verwachten:
- Opvolging van A tot Z van de organisatie van events
- In kaart brengen van relevante belanghebbenden binnen politiek, pharma, consumer health en crop science
- Meewerken aan de voorbereidingen in het kader van de verkiezingen van 2024 zoals bijvoorbeeld panelgesprekken en informatiesessies
- Communicatie opstellen voor interne en externe doeleinden
- Ondersteuning in het uitrollen van de strategie naar externe stakeholders

**Jouw profiel**
- Je volgt een voor deze stage relevante opleiding: master politieke en sociale wetenschappen, master bedrijfscommunicatie, master communicatiewetenschappen, bachelor public and corporate affairs, bachelor communicatie graduaat marketing

- Sterke interesse in een ondersteunende functie
- Je bent leergierig en kan je vlot nieuwe informatie eigen maken
- Werken in team vind je leuk en durft gemakkelijk jouw mening met anderen te delen
- Zelfstandig werken schrikt jou niet af en je bent in staat jouw taken adequaat te plannen en te organiseren
- Goede kennis van MS Office of je kan dit vlot aanleren
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, goede kennis van het Engels
- De site in Diegem is heel goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer dus een auto/rijbewijs zijn niet nodig
