**Prato is on a mission**
- Onze teams bouwen de modernste, efficiëntste en snelste loonmotor van de Belgische markt, Earnie.
- Wij werken Remote First. In functie van wat hij die dag wil doen, kiest een Pratorian heel bewust welke werkplek daar het meest voor geschikt is: zijn home office, het kantoor of een andere werkplek.

**Wat ontbreekt er? Dat ben jij**
Je wordt blij van de hele lifecycle van software ontwikkelen: van opzet van omgevingen, technische analyse en programmatie tot continuous deployment. Als een goede tuinier verzorg je de code en laat je deze organisch groeien. Test-driven development en clean code zijn een goede voedingsbodem hiervoor. Met je creatief brein en ‘fixer’-mentaliteit pak je iedere uitdaging aan en kom je met frisse ideeën die we graag verder in de praktijk brengen.

Je weet je weg te vinden in C#, javascript/typescript, Angular, extJS, SQL en postgreSQL.

Domain driven design, microservices en document databases schrikken jou niet af, integendeel zelfs.

Heb je daarnaast heel veel goesting om te blijven leren, wel dan ben jij de man of vrouw die we zoeken.

**Geen lijstje van kwalificaties**

Kan je het bovenstaande én vooral heb je er zin in, dan kijken we ernaar uit je te ontmoeten. Solliciteer vooral op jouw manier. Wat we wel belangrijk vinden is goed te kunnen inschatten wie je bent en wat je kan.

Vertel ons bijvoorbeeld hoe jij dergelijke uitdagingen in het verleden hebt aangepakt en/of in de toekomst zou aanpakken. Schrijf hierover geen ellenlange epistels, maar hou het kort en bondig in 1 of 2 paragrafen. Als je beschikt over een up to date LinkedIn profiel, dan is een CV voor ons niet vereist. Stuur ons dan wel een link naar je LinkedIn profiel. En wil je graag je technische skills tonen, stuur ons je GitHub profiel of blogs,... Alles mag, niets moet.
