Het bedrijf is gevestigd in het centrum van Brussel en makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.
Onze klant is een groeiend bedrijf actief in de vastgoedsector. Er is een familiale en dynamische sfeer, waar u zal werken in een team van vijf personen.
Als Front Office Medewerker zal u volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
- Je belt de klanten op om afspraken te plannen zodat de experts hun plaats bezoek kunnen uitvoeren;
- Je zorgt voor het administratief inplannen van deze afspraak in het planningsysteem;
- Je beheert de mailbox en beantwoordt de vragen van klanten;
- Je bent het eerstelijnscontact voor klanten en analyseert hun noden;
- Je zorgt voor de correcte behandeling van eventuele klachten;
- Je stuurt de klant door naar de juiste persoon intern bij complexe vragen.
De vereiste kwalificaties voor de functie van Front Office Medewerker zijn:
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring met telefonisch klantencontact;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het MS Office pakket (in bijzonder Excel);
- Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk;
- Je bent een teamplayer en flexibel ingesteld;
- Je bent georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.
