Onze partner is op zoek naar een Project Manager Elektriciteit om hun team gespecialiseerd in gebouwtechnieken te versterken. Dit gerenommeerd productiebedrijf gelegen in Geel is wereldwijd actief binnen de industriële sector en staat bekend als multi-technische dienstverlener.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?**
Als Project Manager Elektriciteit kom je terecht in een multi-technische omgeving en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de elektrische projecten binnen het team van gebouwtechnieken. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een aantal gevarieerde activiteiten:
- Je bereid het project voor aan de hand van het lastenboek en de offerte
- Je maakt de technische berekeningen en plant de nodige middelen (personeel, materiaal, )
- Je coördineert de uitvoering van het project
- Je maakt risicoanalyses om snel te kunnen ingrijpen bij problemen
- Je gaat regelmatig op werfbezoek om de werken op te volgen
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met de betrokken partijen (leveranciers, klanten, medewerkers, onderaannemers, )
- Je volgt de planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid van het project nauw op
**Wie ben je?**
Om bovenstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden succesvol uit te oefenen, beschik je als Project Manager Elektriciteit minstens over een **bachelor in een technische richting **aangevuld met een **goede kennis elektriciteit. **Kennis van HVAC is een pluspunt. Je bent communicatief vaardig in het **Nederlands**. Daarnaast heb je een resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid en heb je oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Tot slot ben je ook een **communicatief **persoon met sterke **organisatie skills**.
