**Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels** is a subsidiary of Safran Aircraft Engines, based at Brussels Airport (Zaventem, Belgium), specialized in the inspection, maintenance and repair (MRO) of the advanced LEAP jet engines that power the latest generation of the Airbus A320NEO & Boeing B737MAX narrow body families. The company is a key player in the integrated CFM international MRO network. With more than 75 years of experience, and up to 20 international Part 145 certifications (EASA/ FAA/ CAAC/), Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is recognized as a worldwide center of expertise in the air transport industry. More than a 100 airlines, lessors, private aircraft operators and MRO partners have entrusted their engines to our company. We employ over 300 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a **Project Management Officer (PMO) **to support the Project Manager in achieving the objectives of Costs, Deadlines, Quality, through control risks and opportunities and control of deliverables.

**Your role**:

- Ensure the development and maintenance of Project tools, with the objective of monitoring and optimizing project performance;
- Ensure the efficiency of project execution for all users by taking into account the harmonization and homogenization of methods and tools for monitoring;
- Participate in the realisation of the risk analysis and drive the action plan related to the risk management;
- Organize and lead the management process (reviews, milestones, decisions and actions);
- Ensure data backup;
- Develop tools for performance monitoring solutions (KPIs) of the project;
- Participate and drive the implementation of an improvement process within the project in accordance with the standards of SAFRAN project management methodologies and consistent with the company's processes.

**Your profile**:

- A 1st experience in project management using MS Project, including risk management;
- Capacity to drive and manage networks;
- Skills in transversal management;
- Capacity to operate in a multidisciplinary, multicultural and international environment;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and hands-on mindset;
- Team player.
