We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager Managed Cloud to drive managed cloud / cloud requirements across Sitecore’s suite of products and services.

**What You’ll Do**:

- A good deal of coding
- Support the team by performing work such as product development, documentation, bug verification, release testing and documentation
- Develop, test, and implement C# code fixes into test environments
- Assist senior team members with issue/bug investigation and resolution
- Collaborate with team members to analyze incoming trouble tickets and recreate reported issues
- Create and document workaround processes when possible
- Write statements to query and update databases
- Document user requirements for minor enhancement requests
- Research new technologies and tools to improve business processes
- Other duties as assigned

**Technologies we work with**
- Backend:.NET,.NET Core, C#, Web API, GraphQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, etc.
- Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, Sass, yarn, etc.
- Hosting: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, etc.
- Tools: Atlassian Bamboo, Jira, Confluence, Git, BitBucket., Azure DevOps

**What You Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree program in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of English is required, both oral and written
- You possess a proactive attitude and you’re solution-oriented
- You pay attention to details
- You possess an interest in web technologies
- You are familiar with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with Non-Relational Databases and Database queries
