Role: Business Analyst

Description:
As Business Analyst, you are a key contributor in ensuring a close collaboration with our stakeholders, ensuring the quality and the control of our assets, support the product owner in the ideation of large initiative and defining the squad roadmap.
Identify business needs
Act as interface between the project owner and project management
Bridge the business needs with IS
Define and analyse the business model using modelling techniques and methods
Manage the risk, quality and issues
You are in close contact with our stakeholders to gather their requirements and challenge them.
You elaborate and document the chosen solution, by translating business users needs into actual requirements.
You provide support to the squad during the implementation of a reporting solution by: clarifying requirements and testing the solution before to hand it over to our business stakeholders.
You feel comfortable communicating with the different stakeholders in a project within the bank (analysts from other departments, legal, compliance, developers). You will be in contact with business stakeholders as well as with IT stakeholders.
You are able to find your way within a complex and large organization in order to progress on transversal initiatives and get answers to your questions
You are able to define data quality rules for the data within our assets: determining what should be monitored and controlled and why.
You are able to perform the data quality controls yourself by using reporting tools or querying a database.
You collaborate closely with data quality teams to follow-up on the remediation of the data quality you pro-actively detected.
Required experience / knowledge:
At least 3 years of experience with data in any of the financial service domain (product related, business related). Having a significant experience with Data Governance or Data Quality is a plus.
Technical experience:
Mandatory:
Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
Good expertise in MS Office
Good understanding of IS and testing
Business experience:
Mandatory:
You have a good understanding of the financial industry of the master data management.
Experience with data in any of the financial service domain

**Salary**: €2,422.54 - €5,169.66 per month
