Our Finance department is looking for a Senior Treasury Analyst, who will be located in our EMEA Headquarters in Leuven, Belgium, be part of a small but experienced Treasury team, and will be reporting to the Senior Manager Treasury.

Your key Responsibilities:
- Play a critical role in managing the company’s cash and liquidity and cash forecasting activities.- Assist in the management of all banking relationships and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.- Develop and prepare strong corporate financial analysis in support of daily, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities as well as projects and initiatives.- Leverage the Treasury Workstation functionality and become a SME to lead future implementations.- Support strategies to maximize efficiencies, recommended and execute borrowing and investing decisions.

Your Profile (Requirements):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar area of study required.- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience within a Finance departments: Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, preferably with specialization and strong knowledge in Treasury Operations.- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow preparation and analysis.- In-depth understanding of financial analysis and cash management concepts & strategies.- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Treasury workstation and technology experience.- Knowledge of banking services, procedures, and requirements.- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and/or advanced certification (CTP or CPA).- Knowledge of SWIFT.- Strong analytical skills.- Supports cross-functional priorities.- Builds relationship based on open communication, trust and respect.- Exhibits ownership and seeks to increase responsibility.- Deliver Results.- Other languages are a plus.
