**Jobinhoud**:
Als medewerker procesbeheer bij de Algemene Administratie van de Thesaurie (AATHES) werk je mee aan de uitbouw, het beheer en de optimalisatie van processen en neem je onder meer de volgende taken op je:

- Je bouwt en/of past procesdocumentatie aan in samenwerking met de business.
- Je tekent de processen met behulp van BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Je past de kwaliteitscriteria toe die zijn vastgelegd binnen het BPMN-platform van de FOD Financiën.
- Je publiceert procesdocumentatie zodat alle medewerkers van AATHES hun taken naar behoren kunnen uitvoeren.
- Je voert procesanalyses uit in samenwerking met het team Organisatiebeheersing, zoekt naar verbetermogelijkheden en streeft naar optimalisatie van de werking van processen.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in procesverbeteringsprojecten (LEAN, etc.).
- Je neemt deel aan en draagt bij aan het BPMN-netwerk van de FOD Financiën.
- Je bent een teamspeler en bent gemotiveerd om te leren. Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied op de voet en deelt de opgedane kennis en ideeën met collega's.

De missie van de Algemene Administratie van de Thesaurie is de financiële verbintenissen van de Staat beheren en de financiering van deze laatstgenoemde verzekeren.

Een overzicht van haar bevoegdheden:

- Deelnemen aan het proces voor de uitwerking en opstelling van financiële wetgeving. Onze juristen schrijven wetten die een groot belang hebben voor het functionering van de Staat
- De inkomsten en uitgaven van de Belgische schatkist centraliseren. Wij zijn eigenlijk de grote boekhouding van de Staat
- Diensten aanbieden voor het beheer van derdengelden. Jullie kunnen dus slapende tegoeden, huurwaarborgen en andere consignaties bij de Deposito
- en Consignatiekas plaatsen
- De Staat vertegenwoordigen bij Europese, internationale en bilaterale verhoudingen inzake financiën. Wist je dat enkele van onze medewerkers worden verkozen om ons te vertegenwoordigen in de ontwikkelingsbanken voor het bespreken van belangrijke transversale kwesties?
- Wij beheren de Koninklijke Munt van België. De creatie van herdenkingsmunten gebeurt dus bij ons
- Bijdragen aan de strijd tegen financiële fraude en financiering van terrorisme. Ja hoor, onze administratie droeg bij aan het bevriezen van Russische activa Verreweg het grootste bedrag van alle Europese landen
- Het garantiestelsel voor deposito’s en financiële instrumenten beheren. Wisten jullie dat het garantiefonds uw tegoeden beschermt tot 100.000 euro, in geval van een bankfaillissement?

De cel Organisatiebeheersing maakt deel uit van de dienst Operationele Coördinatie en Communicatie (OCC). Deze dienst ondersteunt het management van de Thesaurie en omvat de volgende activiteiten: Strategieondersteuning, procesmanagement (BPM), projectmanagement (PMO), communicatie (intern en extern), CRM, applicatiebeheer, business analyse en databeheer, de relatie met P&O (HR Business Partner), interne controle, beheerscontrole, juridisch advies (IAM/Privacy/Digilex) en het secretariaat van de Administrateur-generaal.

- Business process modeling (procesmodellering en/of procesbeschrijving met een standaardmethodiek)
- LEAN-management, procesanalyse en procesverbetering.

Werkend in een tweetalige omgeving, is de kennis van het Frans een pluspunt
