**DE JOB**:
Als Business Analyst ben je binnen het team ‘HR Master Data Cell’ het aanspreekpunt voor alle gebruikers van HR-toepassingen. Daarnaast volg je de aanvragen m.b.t. datarapportering op, sta je in voor de verbetering van de HR Masterdata-kwaliteit en neem je nodige acties om betrouwbare tijdsregistratiegegevens aan te leveren.
Volgende taken behoren tot je takenpakket:
- Je biedt tweedelijns ondersteuning aan en bent in deze hoedanigheid het aanspreekpunt voor alle gebruikers van HR-toepassingen.
- Je onderzoekt de vragen en de problemen van de gebruikers en biedt de nodige ondersteuning opdat problemen snel worden opgelost.
- Je detecteert technische problemen die je via een ticketingsysteem dispatcht naar de technische experts die instaan voor het technische onderhoud van SAP HR.
- Uit alle ontvangen vragen merk je de structurele functionele klantenbehoeften op en schuif je oplossingen naar voren (zoals bijv. een extra opleidingsbehoefte of een aanpassing van bepaalde tools en processen). Je stelt deze oplossingen voor en verzekert na validatie de uitrol ervan.
**Verbeteren van de HR Masterdatakwaliteit**
- Je identificeert opportuniteiten en neemt de nodige acties om de kwaliteit van de HR Masterdata te verbeteren.
- Je beschrijft en implementeert processen die borg staan voor een betrouwbaar kwaliteitsniveau van deze data.
- Je neemt deel aan de controle van de HR Masterdata door het opstellen en/of opvolgen van anomalierapporten.
**Reporting**
- Je volgt alle vragen tot datarapportering op.
- Je identificeert rapporterings
- of analysevragen van interne klanten als opportuniteit voor verdere automatisering van de huidige rapporterings
- en analysetools. Je vertaalt deze naar een functionele analyse die als basis zal dienen voor de IT-collega’s die het geautomatiseerde rapport zullen ontwikkelen.
**Maandafsluiting tijdsregistratiesystemen**
- Je neemt de nodige acties om tijdig betrouwbare tijdsregistratiegegevens aan te leveren aan HR Rail, dat instaat voor de payrollberekening, zodat het personeel van Infrabel tijdig en correct zal betaald worden.
- Je controleert de kwaliteit van de HR Masterdata m.b.t. tijdsregistratiegegevens. Via een end-to-endcontrole vergelijk je de input van de verschillende tijdsregistratiesystemen met de output die als basis dient voor de payrollberekening. Indien je verschillen detecteert tussen beide, neem je de nodige acties om deze tijdig te corrigeren.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- **Je hebt een masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.**:
- **Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste succesvolle ervaring als Business Analyst (in een HR-omgeving) achter de rug.**:
- **Je hebt een goede kennis van de courante toepassingen van MS Office (Powerpoint, Word) en een gevorderde kennis van Excel.**:
- **Ervaring met SAP HR of SAP SuccessFactors is een pluspunt.**:
- Je bent analytisch sterk.
- Je leert graag bij en blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de evoluties en de ontwikkelingen binnen je domein.
- Je put motivatie uit het contact met (interne) klanten. Je luistert actief naar je contacten om hun behoeften volledig te begrijpen.
- Je hebt aandacht voor de noden, vragen en klachten van klanten en stakeholders en komt er op een gepaste manier aan tegemoet.
- Je bent in staat om een boodschap of informatie over te brengen op een duidelijke en transparante manier, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en stelt proactief ideeën en oplossingen voor.
- Je werkt graag in een team en deelt spontaan je kennis, vaardigheden en ideeën
- Je bent in staat je activiteiten zelfstandig te plannen en prioriteiten te stellen in een soms veranderende context.
- Je spreekt hebt een goede kennis van het Frans of het Nederlands en hebt een goede praktische kennis van de andere landstaal, voldoende om de behoefte van een gebruiker in zijn of haar eigen taal te begrijpen.
