Main responsibilities

HR Strategy : Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the HR policy of the organization in accordance with the Group's HR strategy.

Recruitment, Training & Talent Management:

- Develop the recruitment policy and lead the recruitment process
- Develop training and development programmes with support of the Group Training Manager
- Coordinate the appraisal & reward reviews and provide guidance to senior management related to performance review

Working Council & Trade Unions : Assist the CEO Belgium in preparing and animating the meetings and negotiations

Payroll Management : supervise the payroll management and administration

HR Projects & Communication
- Participate to the Group HR projects and their deployment (HR policy & tools, CSR,..)
- Act as HRBP to the BU Directors of Germany, Uk & Sweden on specific HR matters (recruitment, organisation, tools implementation...)
- Liaise on a regularly basis with 2 HR peers (France & US).

Profiel

Profile & requirements
- Bachelor's or Master degree required, preferably in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience as Human Resources Generalist or HR Business partner. Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch with a good level of English. Knowledge of French and/or German would be a plus
- Strong functional HR knowledge particularly in soft HR
- Solid project management skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be objective, discrete and ethical
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to gain credibility, build relationships and influence people
- Available for occasional travel in the region
