Als onderdeel van een transversaal programma voor digitale transformatie implementeert onze klant momenteel de fundamenten van zijn nieuwe ECM-strategie (Enterprise Content Management) en moderniseert het zijn DMS (Document Management System). In deze context is de klant op zoek naar een Business Analist die zich op dit gebied zal concentreren. Als business analist help je bedrijfsproblemen te definiëren door middel van diepgaande analyses en het verzamelen van technische en niet-technische informatie.
Gedurende de looptijd van het project ben je de belangrijkste intermediair voor het eisenbeheer (Req. Mgt) tussen de business units en het ontwikkelteam. Zodra de problemen duidelijk zijn begrepen, definieert u de gedetailleerde vereisten voor een oplossing en zorgt u ervoor dat de opgeleverde oplossing aan deze vereisten voldoet. In de meeste gevallen werk je aan projecten gerelateerd aan documentbeheer op verschillende technologieën (0365, Autodesk Vault, ACC, etc.).
Je bent vanaf de start van het project betrokken en vervult een adviserende rol naar het senior management en de uitvoeringsteams

Als onderdeel van de digitale transformatie van de klant zijn wij op zoek naar een getalenteerde en proactieve business analist, die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor:
- Verzamelen, valideren en documenteren van business vereisten;
- Analyseer gegevens en vereisten;
- Help het bedrijf met de voorbereiding op datamigratie en data cleansing;
- Het bieden van de nodige ondersteuning voor de implementatie van data governance;
- Modelleer bedrijfsprocessen en identificeer opportuniteiten voor procesverbetering;
- Identificeer de problemen, risico's en voordelen van bestaande en voorgestelde oplossingen en beschrijf de "Business"-impact;
- Functionele specificaties voor oplossingen opstellen;
- Kosten inschatten en potentiële besparingen identificeren;
- Informatie vereenvoudigen en technisch jargon ontcijferen, zodat het voor het hele team gemakkelijk te begrijpen is;
- Deelnemen aan de implementatie en het testen van oplossingen;
- Ondersteun de transitie en help de verandering te verankeren.
- Zorg ervoor dat het programma/project voldoet aan de Business/Itdoelstellingen en bied ondersteuning aan Business-functies;
- Zorg ervoor dat het systeem voldoet aan de niet-functionele vereisten, dat het efficiënt, schaalbaar, veilig, flexibel, enz. is.
- Onderhouden van effectieve communicatie met de belangrijkste belanghebbenden;
**Wij verwachten dat de kandidaat de volgende taken kan uitvoeren**:
- Organiseer workshops en interviews om business vereisten te verzamelen;
- Vragen stellen aan gebruikers en deskundigen (SME's);
- Eisen definiëren en documenteren; behoeften analyseren en prioriteren
- Functionele specificaties schrijven;
- Ondersteun de productplanning door samen met de product owner de productvisie en projectdoelen te definiëren;
- Help de product owner te bepalen op hoog niveau wat er moet worden opgeleverd door de product backlog te vullen met epics en user stories
- Help de product owner bij het prioriteren van user stories in sprints; deelnemen aan deze activiteit als lid van het team (eventueel als lead om deze activiteit te leiden);
- Assistentie bij operationele inzet en ondersteuning
**Technische skills**:
- Bachelordiploma in computerwetenschappen, of in een relevant vakgebied;
- Kennisniveau Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- 3+ jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie en op DMSimplementatie projecten
- Vaardigheden op het gebied van datamodellering
- UML- en/of BPMN-vaardigheden
- Vaardigheden voor het creëren van user stories
- Praktische ervaring met een agile methodiek zoals Scrum
- Bewezen kennis op het gebied van ontwerp en engineering is een pluspunt;
