Consumables Industrialization Project Leader

As Consumable Industrialization Project Leader, you manage consumables industrialization projects. You ensure the transfer of new products to production teams in terms of methods, documentation & other associated deliverables. You are responsible for planning, follow-up and cross-functional communication. You contribute to the concrete implementation of project-related tasks.**Responsibilities**
- You define and identify project deliverables (planning, risks, output, product specifications, etc.).
- You actively contribute to feasibility studies and to identifying the impact of potential new projects.
- You are responsible for planning and monitoring the projects for which you are responsible, using the appropriate tools. You ensure cross-functional coordination of the players involved in projects.
- You are responsible for the financial reporting associated with projects, as well as for summarized communication with line management and external customers.
- You draft and check production documents (MBR, equipment procedures, etc.) enabling R&D/external customer transfers to production, and describe production processes.
- You play an active role in training production and related staff.
- You communicate with subcontractors on any modifications or new products.
- You contribute to customer communications and respond to requests for information on quality and/or product issues.
- You write and/or check validation/qualification protocols and reports.
- You are a driving force behind continuous improvement and optimization of production technologies (tooling requirements, production flow, workstation improvements, output, profitability, etc.).

**Profile**
- You have a scientific/engineering degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of ISO/GMP standards.
- Good command of English.
- You are able to work in a team and independently.
- You have good writing skills.
- You are organized and have a good sense of priorities.
- You have a critical mind and are able to suggest areas for improvement.
- You have good problem-solving skills.
