Business Controller

**Scope**: As Business Controller, you will optimize the management principles (procedures, working methods, tools, ) relating to organizational and economic aspects, as well as, collect, analyze, interpret and provide financial information/documents for the management nd the board to run the company effectively and successfully. You will build a strong business knowledge and form the bridge between finance and the business.
- Review financial statements to ensure they are accurate and complete
- Review month-end closing of accounts, identify issues, compare with year-over-year results and budget/reforecast
- Define/improve the standard reporting package with the management
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial reporting and make presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
- Structure the data for a relevant analysis to support management decisions
- Adjust processes to have consistent data and ensure data integrity
- Identify non-value-added processes and propose improvements
- Provide support during annual budget/reforecast cycles/business plans
- Develop, communicate, and manage requirements for reporting and finance system enhancements
- Switch from complex to routine tasks when required
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis
**Profile**:
- Master degree in Business Administration/Finance
- Proven working experience as a Financial/Business Controller and/or Audit (at least 3-5 years)
- Technical skills :_
- Experience in BI (Power BI)/Data Analytics is a real asset
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Accounting knowlege including IFRS principles
