YOUR ROLE

As an Account Coordinator, you act as a liaison between sales, account management, operations and the customer for our Global, Industrial accounts. You ensure the customer's processes and procedural requirements are implemented and that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures and specific customer requests.

As an Account Coordinator, you will formally report to the Vice President Industrial. Your will be part of the Industrial Account Team with two other Account Coordinators. You will work together with your colleagues to provide excellent service to our Global Industrial Accounts.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As an Account Coordinator you are going to:

- Maintain a consistently high level of customer service to both external and internal customers;
- Coordinate with the sales-, operations
- and account teams to implement and maintain client operating procedures;
- Provide day-to-day contact with clients on operational and customer service issues;
- Coordinate customer service efforts from all offices and departments involved with assigned accounts;
- Maintain Customer specific Sharepoints, keep documentation up to date and run KPI reporting for assigned accounts;
- Resolve problems and recommend solutions to prevent similar occurrences and escalate to the Supply Chain Development and Sales Coordinator.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is result oriented, highly motivated and knows how to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. Besides, you are client oriented and pragmatic and you have a posive and competitive mindset. You know how to adapt easily and you are a pro-active team player.

We are looking for someone who has the following knowledge and work experience:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related discipline;
- At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position;
- Experience in working with large multi-national accounts;
- Knowledge of Freight Management is a plus;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel;
- Fluently English.
