We are continuously further developing our **industry-leading SaaS solution Binocs.** Defining and maintaining course towards the product north star, while managing the high expectations of enterprise customers, and keeping internal stakeholders happy is not an easy feat. **Your role**
- Product discovery work
- With your finger on the pulse of the market, the customers, competitors, and the Binocs team, you are uniquely positioned to discover and develop new opportunities.
- Deep dive into the jobs to be done by our users.
- Use quantitative and qualitative techniques to drive product decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Product delivery work
- Product owner in a product team (PO, dev’s, QA).
- Inspire and motivate the team.
- Define user stories, technical requirements, data models/flows and prioritize all of these during the sprints.
- Communication
- Stakeholder management.

**Your profile**

Must have:

- Tangible product management experience in a digital product company, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Experience and interest in both product discovery and delivery.
- No need to be a pharma or lab expert, the eagerness and interest to deep-dive in this sector and what keeps our users awake is essential.
- Handle complex data models and flows.

Nice-to-have:

- Experience in the pharma or labs sector.
- Technical knowledge to discuss data models etc. with the engineering team.
- Out-of-the-box thinker.
