**Functie**:
Als **Junior Consultant in Tax & Legal** bestaat jouw takenpakket uit volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Het ondersteunen van het **Tax & Legal-Team**, maar ook het ondersteunen van klanten bij hun vragen;
- Met het oog op een **correcte fiscale verwerking** van de verloning van de klant-bedrijfsleiders, sta je in voor het opmaken, nakijken en indienen van fiscale fiches;
- Je staat in voor het **optimaliseren van het loon** voor onze klanten, het coördineren van de salarispakketten alsook de voorbereiding en indiening van aangiften bedrijfsvoorheffing;
- De voorbereiding van **aangiften personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting**;
- Correspondentie naar de **belastingadministratie** in kader van vragen om inlichtingen, berichten van wijzigingen enz. bereid je voor;
- Het screenen van onze **O&O-dossiers**;
- Het opstarten en opvolgen van dossiers of detecteren van **mogelijke fiscale risico’s**;
- Daarnaast zorg je ook voor de voorbereiding van **juridische documenten** zoals overeenkomsten, notulen en publicatieformulieren;
- Bij juridische adviesverlening op het gebied van **vennootschapsrecht en ondernemingsrecht** bied je ondersteuning;
- Tot slot neem je ook de voorbereiding voor jouw rekening van **fiscale optimalisaties** binnen de klantendossiers over diverse, uiteenlopende fiscale en juridische vraagstukken.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Als **Junior Consultant in Tax & Legal** herken jij jezelf in onderstaande kwaliteiten:

- Je bent in het bezit van één van volgende diploma’s**:bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit** of **bachelor Rechtspraktijk** (specialisatie in fiscaal recht is een pluspunt);
- Verder heb je al een eerste **werkervaring** achter de rug of kom je recht van de schoolbanken en heb je een **leergierige ingesteldheid**;
- Je bent heel gedreven om jezelf **continu te verbeteren** en je kennis up to date te houden door de veranderingen in wet
