Voor onze vacature als Department Manager van een grote winkelketen

zoeken we een enthousiast persoon die volgende taken voor zijn/ haar rekening wilt nemen:

- Ervoor zorgen dat jouw afdeling uitstekende klantenservice biedt op de verkoopvloer, in de paskamers en aan de kassa
- Ervoor zorgen dat alle goederen goed ontvangen zijn en volgens onze richtlijnen in de winkel gepresenteerd worden
- Verkoopactiviteiten implementeren en opvolgen samen met het hele winkelteam.
- Rekruteren, trainen, ontwikkelen en opvolgen van Sales Advisors samen met de rest van het winkelteam
- Je afdeling zodanig plannen, organiseren volgens de prioriteiten
- Rentabiliteit verzekeren door middel van budget planning, opvolging, administratieve routines en verlies preventie
- Een voorbeeld en rolmodel zijn voor je team
