Context
We are looking for a HR Officer to reinforce our HR Connect/Payroll team.The HR Connect/Payroll team is a rather young department, it was created in September 2020, in full covid, to guarantee a qualitative, solid, and flexible HR Service: a service that becomes more digital with the promotion & support of Dpeople (HR system) standing at the core. They are taking care of all administrative tasks, supporting the DP HR platform, and acting as the first contact point for our employees.
Your Position
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure implementation, follow-up and coordination of operational and administrative activities within all areas of HR, such as there are, but not limited to: onboarding, payroll, contracts, training, pension funds.
- Coordinating operational projects
- Answering HR-related queries from colleagues, employees and managers, external partners.
- Managing Shared mailboxes.
- Creation and maintenance of personal data in the HR systems.
- System-minded.
- Ensure correct use of the information management systems
- Having knowledge of the information management systems (Successfactors, Eblox) is a plus
- Team Player
- The person must be able to soak autonomously but must also be a team player. Working together on tasks, already started tasks of other HR Connect members should be able to take over.
- Client Focus
- The person must have a distinct client focus. The aim within HR Connect is to provide a quality and timely service, with our (internal, external) client at the centre.
- Communication
- The person is strong in communication, can communicate a solution clearly and simply.
- Maintains HR pages on Wallstream.
- Dares to speak in front of an audience
- Hands on
- The person is accurate, numerically minded, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
- Interested in the payroll process
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree with several years of relevant experience. Possess good knowledge of one or more HR operational processes (recruitment, human resources, training...) and several years of experience in coordinating various HR operational activities.
- Microsoft office
- Knowledge of Dutch, French & English
- Knowledge of Successfactors EC/Eblox HR/Payroll is a plus
- Eye for detail and accuracy.
- Stress resistant
- Able to handle confidential information.
