**Over de functie**
- Heb jij van nature de capaciteit om overzicht en structuur te brengen in grote hoeveelheid informatie? Ben jij daarnaast een end-to-end Solution Owner die graag nauw samenwerkt met de business? Wij zoeken een expert binnen het Shared Services Center die een cruciale rol speelt met het oog op standaardisatie, simplificatie, automatisatie & kwaliteit.
- Daarnaast:
- Capteer je de wijzigende business noden vanuit de organisatie en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke vereisten;
- Je helpt de organisatie keuzes maken, biedt oplossingen die deze noden invullen en zorgt voor de realisatie ervan (A-Z);
- Kan je omgaan met diverse invalshoeken en durf je jouw out-of-the-box ideeën te staven in een business setting;
- Je specialiseert je in een bepaald domein (bv. Robotics), waarbij je instaat voor de volledige procesanalyse, vertaalslag naar de juiste toolkeuze, codering, testing, livegang en onderhoud van alle processen,zonder de impact ervan op de andere domeinen uit het oog te verliezen;
- Ben je een gesprekspartner voor de proceseigenaars en verbeteraars binnen de organisatie, de interne IT-organisatie en de partners waar we mee samenwerken;
- Draag je actief bij aan de harmonisatie van Arvesta over de sterke merken & business units heen. Je verliest nooit het grotere kader uit het oog en werkt mee aan synergiën om zo Arvesta sterker te maken.

- Heeft een gezonde drive voor (self)improvement binnen een dynamische bedrijfscultuur.
- Is een sterke communicator en houdt van samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders op alle niveau’s.
- Bezit een gezonde portie nieuwsgierigheid om in de systemen te duiken en heeft een digitale affiniteit. Je zal namelijk altijd tot een betere oplossing komen aks je weet wat het systeem kan. Kennis van Robotics, SAP, Visual Basic & C Sharp zijn een troef
- Heeft een analytische geest en proactieve aanpak. Ziet wat nodig is om stappen vooruit te zetten en neemt deze ook. Getting things done
- Tot slot bezit je relevante werkervaring als functioneel analyst of technisch analist waarbij je ervaring hebt opgedaan met proces modelleringstechnieken of requirements engineering technieken.
