**Summary**

The scope of the role would be to support the Manufacturing/Compounding entities of France for some recurrent positions such as Production Operators and Production Assistant.

This mission is giving the opportunity to own the recruitment processes from A to Z on those roles and be the expert and advisor for the business.

The focus of the role is to create and implement your own strategy to have a constant pipeline available (partner with schools, specific organizations etc.) and work on the employer branding as well as using our technology to facilitate the selection process.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Responsible for collaborating with Hiring Manager to create impactful advertising, driving engagement across social media, talent identification and headhunting and proactive solicitation of referrals
- Accountable for effective use of recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent
- Proactively provide meaningful, market intelligence and recruiting insights to your Hiring Managers and HR, demonstrating your value as a trusted advisor
- Leveraging your recruiting knowledge, capable of effectively challenging and influencing stakeholders to drive successful and quality-oriented activities around screening, slate presentation, interviewing and hiring decisions
- Understand and accurately representing Baxter’s total compensation philosophy when managing offer negotiations
- Accountable for correctly managing and updating requisitions through to completion including responsibility for ensuring real time system updates
- Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues
- Proactively maintain and enhance your knowledge of Baxter to ensure you are continuously evolving your business understanding and knowledge

**Your profile**
- Interest in Recruitment and HR activities in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to develop in the Talent Acquisition department by managing several countries and functions across the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and a good level of English is needed
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in recruiting volume roles in a manufacturing environment is a big plus
