**Functie**:
Als **Interfacing & Reporting Consultant** zal je deel uitmaken van een multidisciplinair projectteam, bestaande uit dynamische en gemotiveerde consultants. Onze consultants begeleiden onze Belgische klanten bij de implementatie van onze tijdregistratietool. Je werkt afwisselend vanuit ons clubhouse in Mechelen, van thuis en bij onze klanten.
- Dankzij jouw kennis en passie weet je onze klant verder te helpen op het vlak van **rapporteringsnoden**. Je zet de behoeften van de klant om in (maatwerk) rapporten via onze eigen rapporteringstool.
- Verder zorg je ervoor dat onze software perfect communiceert met andere systemen (o.a. salarispakket sociaal secretariaat, HR en ERP-systemen). Je brengt in kaart welke **koppelingen en interfaces **nodig zijn en staat in voor het schrijven en het testen van deze interface.
- Over beide zaken **communiceer** je op regelmatige basis met alle betrokken **wel en niet technisch onderlegde** partijen, zowel intern (collega’s) als extern (klant).
- Je analyseert nieuwe aanvragen, hun urgentie en complexiteit. Je verzekert dat incidenten op de **meest efficiënte manier** worden opgelost.
- Je staat er uiteraard **nooit alleen** voor. Samen met je collega's lever je een actieve, constructieve en creatieve bijdrage aan het succes van onze projecten.

**Profiel**:

- Op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging, waar je je technische kennis kan combineren met je sociale vaardigheden? Waag je kans, wij leren je graag kennen
- Een basiskennis (of grote affiniteit) in programmeren in VBA, VBS of een andere programmeertaal is een vereiste.

- Je hebt een sterk ontwikkeld analytisch en logisch denkvermogen.
- Je bent een efficiënte problemsolver en put jouw energie uit een tevreden klant.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van het Engels en Frans is een meerwaarde.
