**REVENUE OFFICER**:
As a Revenue Officer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial performance of the Company Charging Squares.
Your primary responsibility will be:
- to manage and to enhance revenue generation processes,
- identify potential areas of revenue growth, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- serve as the primary point of contact for the co-entrepreneurs on each Charging Square, ensuring their and their clients’ (the EV-driver) satisfaction.
- understand each client unique needs, develop tailored solutions
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth. Smappee Services as a strong brand
**REVENUE OFFICER**:
**Requirements**:
- You have experience in entrepreneurial services with 3+ years of proven experience taking ownership of challenges.
- You are familiar with revenue generating business models in a B2B2C service environment.
- You can lead conversations with different stakeholders (B2B) and the end customer (B2C).
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and align solutions accordingly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- You understand the UX of an EV-driver and Charging Square operator.
- You are fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients.
