MISSIE:
Het bedrijf plant de bouw van een nieuw magazijn, wat een diepgaande evaluatie vergt van de organisatie van de verschillende magazijnen, de voorraden en de onderliggende goederenstroom (binnen de magazijnen en op de site van het bedrijf).
De missie van de Project Manager is het valideren van de "one stop shop"-aanpak; Hiertoe zal hij/zij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen van de bijbehorende business case en het afbreken van projecten uit het achterliggende programma.
Zodra de aanpak en de uitsplitsing van het project zijn gevalideerd, kan de PM verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitvoering van het programma en de resultaten ervan.
FUNCTIE:
- Je helpt mee bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de doelstellingen van het bedrijf.
- Je stemt je activiteiten en beslissingen af op de strategie van het bedrijf.
- Je bepaalt de scope en deliverables, het projectplan (PMP), een planning, de middelen, met respect voor de bestaande budgetten en het projectbeheer.
- Je houdt bij je verschillende werkzaamheden rekening met wettelijke en reglementaire aspecten.
- Indien nodig coördineer je een onderzoek, een RFI, een RFP.
- Je identificeert en beheert stakeholders en communicatie.
- U identificeert en beheert de risico's en problemen die u bij uw projecten tegenkomt.
- Bij een wijziging zorg je ervoor dat naast de implementatie ook een impactanalyse wordt uitgevoerd.
- Je communiceert met de projectstakeholders (Business, Development en Infra).
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de deliverables en de kwaliteit ervan. Je wijst de taken/activiteiten van projectteamleden toe en zorgt voor de controle en opvolging.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor changemanagement; Hierdoor zorg je voor de kennisoverdracht naar gebruikers om zo "Business Continuity" te garanderen. Je actualiseert de projectdocumentatie volgens de geldende methodieken (PMLC); Je bewaakt de actualisering van de referentiedocumentatie van de applicaties en infrastructuren die betrokken zijn bij zijn project(en) volgens de methodologie (SDLC).
PROFIEL:
- Je bent een universitair.
- Je hebt gedegen operationele ervaring in de logistiek (meer dan 10 jaar).
- Ervaring als programmamanager is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring met logistiek projectmanagement.
- Kennis van de energiesector of publieke dienstensector is een troef.
- Je beheerst mondeling en schriftelijk één van de twee landstalen (Nederlands en/of Frans).
- Sleutelvaardigheden en -attitudes: verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, klantgericht, nauwkeurig, transversaliteit, communicatie, transparantie, teamspeler en respect voor individuen. Eigen laptop en gsm.

MISSION:
L'entreprise prévoit la construction d'un nouvel entrepôt qui nécessite une révision approfondie de l'organisation des différents entrepôts, des stocks et des flux de marchandises sous-jacents (au sein des entrepôts & sur le site de la société).
La mission du Project Manager consiste à valider l'approche "one stop shop".
Pour ce faire, il sera responsable de l'élaboration du business case associé et de la découpe projets du programme sous-jacent.
Une fois l'approche et la découpe projets validées, le PM pourrait être responsable de l'exécution du programme et de ses livrables.
FONCTION:
- Vous aidez à développer et à mettre en œuvre les objectifs de la société.
- Vous alignez vos activités et décisions sur la stratégie de la société.
- Vous déterminez le périmètre et les livrables, le plan de projet (PMP), un planning, les ressources, tout en respectant les budgets et la gouvernance projet en place.
- Vous prenez en compte les aspects légaux et réglementaires dans vos différentes activités.
- Si nécessaire, vous coordonnez une étude, un RFI, un RFP.
- Vous identifiez et gérez les parties prenantes, la communication.
- Vous identifiez et gérez les risques et les problèmes rencontrés sur vos projets.
- En cas de changement, vous veillez à ce qu'une analyse d'impact soit réalisée ainsi qu'à la réalisation.
- Vous communiquez avec les parties prenantes du projet (Business, Développement et Infra).
- Vous êtes responsable des livrables et de leur qualité ; Vous assignez et suivez/contrôlez les tâches/activités des membres de l'équipe de projet.
PROFIL:
- Vous êtes universitaire.
- Vous avez une solide expérience opérationnelle en logistique (> 10 ans).
- Une expérience en tant que Program Manager est un plus.
- Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets logistiques.
- Une connaissance du secteur d'énergie ou des services publics est un atout.
- Vous avez la maîtrise orale et écrite de l'une des deux langues nationales (Néerlandais et/ou Français).
